Accessing back of TV?

From a previous post I’ve learned that I need to use some of the additional ports on the back of our RV’s television if I want to be able to watch video off my iPad (or Firestick, or Roku, or Sling, or ….). But what’s the easiest way to get at the back of the TV? I’ve attached pics of the front & side panel of the Visio TV in our 2016 2401S Forester entertainment center setup so you can see what we’ve got.

Not sure how TV is secured but did notice your dish receiver (VIP211Z?). The Wally receiver uses an RF remote and could be mounted inside your cabinet or even behind the TV, once you gain access. Could purchase through Dish usually cheaper. Just a thought.
