Adjustable ac vents

We have a 2016 sandpiper with the quiet ac. It is too strong in the bed and bath, we would like to put adjustable diffuser vents on the ceiling outflow vents. We have found the right size online but they require 4 screws, we can adapt it but would prefer 3 screws like we have. Also, ihe hot water switch on the control panel lights up for on and off but the hot water stays on, it is propane only, we have to shut the fuse off. Thanks

Not sure I understand the problem with 4 (better holding power) screws instead of 3 they just go into the foam in the roof. The water heater switch shows power to the heater and the heater should cycle on the gas valve thermostat, if you don't want it on put the switch to off.

Water heater switch

Thanks about the ac vents. The water heater switch does not shut off the hot water, we have to turn off the circuit breaker to stop heating water

Can you access the back of switch?.......take a test light and see if there's power to the off side of switch.

The switch should send power to control board. Sounds like you have more going on than a switch. Thermostat? Controlboard?
