WOW only 76V?!?! That is crazy low, I would unplug immediately and get on out of there. They have some serious issues there, do not let there problem screw up your RV.

So Zwicker, what was the end of the story. For those here and all future readers, it helps to have the final chapter so it can be useful for their own experiences. Hopefully you didn't sustain any damage to your trailer. And for all reading this, it is the exact reason to get a power protection system like the Progressive Dynamics.

Spending $400-$500 on a quality surge protector should not be given a second thought after spending $20K-$50K on a camper!

My hardwired 30 amp unit costs less than $400.

No damage! Plugged in at home and everything is fine! Buying a surge protector this winter. Thank you everyone for your insight. Thats why I love this forum!
