Airconditioner Polystyrene pellets

I have a 2010 Flaggstaff 831DBHSS travel trailer. When we used it the first time after the winter a lot of polystyrene pellets are blowing out from the air-conditioning vents. At first I thought a mouse could have gotten into the system and chewed the insulation but I cannot see how this could be possible. Is this a familiar thing to anybody? What can I do?

Its normal. The ducts are cut right through the insulation material eventually it will stop, until you do the Daisyboykin mod on you airco then it will start up again.

And welcome to the Forum.

Thanks for the feedback. It did not happen during the first year and a half we had the camper. We bought it new in Sept 2009 and it only started happening now. However that's what I expected. Thanks again.

Every time we travel I have to dump out either sawdust or styrofoam from
the light fixtures!
