Atwood Stove Top

Might anyone have a part number or source for the plastic insert that slides over the orifice valve for the front center burner of the Atwood cook top?

the model number is R-V 2135BBP.

Thanks

A few years ago that plastic part melted on my center burner. I contacted Atwood customer service and explained what happened and they sent me out replacements free. They said it probably happened because the burner was pushed out to test the propane pressure at the factory instead of taking the time to unscrew it. Sure enough the burner bracket needed to be bent a little to make it line up correctly. No further problems with the plastic bushings after that.

Thanks, I will check it out.

I do not see any thread inside the tube on mine though?

Were you by chance using cast-iron skillets on that front burner?
