Atwood Water Heater
2018 Coachman Freedom Express Liberty Edition. The heater is an Atwood Combination Gas/Electric. Model GC6AA-10E. We bought this RV back in March and I had knee replacement shortly after so the rig has been sitting in the driveway. Getting ready to head out to Colorado next month and figured I better check to make sure things work the way the should. Everything seemed okay until I had the water heater light. It just keeps on heating and the water was pretty darn hot that I shut the gas off. How do you set the max temp on this thing? From what I can see in the general manual and looking at the front and rear of this heater there is no temp control! All the other heaters that I've had always had the probe/thermostat control for gas. This is a new one for me.
