We have on that fits on rails on our 5er - and Rockwood was nice enough to even give us a factory installed propane hookup for the grill
Have had no problems at all and have cooked everything from high-heat seared steaks to slow cook ribs.
My only concern would be if you were camping in very active bear country - where bears are a known to raid camps. Might want to remove the grill from the side of the RV before retiring for the night - just to be safe...
