Basic Q then a fridge question

Hi all: It has been so long since on the site I had to re-register. .
A simple question, My circuit panel has a number of circuits that are simply labeled S/O. One of them has a dead short but since none are labeled for what they are where do I begin. I assume S/O is service outlet??
Now a little more complicated, About a year and a half ago my Dometic Fridge stopped working on the propane side. I was at the end of the season and decided to let it ride until we were ready to hit the road again. I did occasionally power up all the electrical just for SOP . I am now getting the camper 2013 Columbus 365RL, ready for a trip in mid September. I started all of the power up checks and now the fridge is not working at all.
- Verified 110V Power to the plug for the fridge.
- The circuit board for the fridge has already been replaced 3 times since owning the camper new. Does that sound like a likely candidate AGAIN?
Thanks all for your valued feedback.
Paul

With the frig unplugged from the outlet will the brakes with the short reset? Or are you talking about two different problems?
