Berkshire Furnace

We have a Berkshire 410qs. The gas furnace won't keep the temp I have programed in. It is cold so we keep the propane furnace on at 50. I have to check on it every few hours to be sure it keeps the correct temp. I have a seperate thermometer that states 38. So I turn the furnace off, then turn it back on. What could the problem be? Don't want my pipes to freeze.

check your propane tanks/lines. might be freezing up. ive had that happen to and its mostly from the furnace running too much without a break. if you can plugin use electric heat.
