I think I would get regular vent pipe and route it up the wall over to the corner and then 90° out the wall. Anchor all the pipe to the wall. Arrange it all low behind the unit close to the floor.
I ended up hanging what I have from the top of the cabinet with plumbing straps (strip of metal with holes in it). The 90-degree out of the wall would clean things up even more.
