Broken lid on Concertone Unit, can this be replaced?

I accidentally broke the door/lid to the Concertone DVD player in my camper over the weekend. Without the lid shut, when you put in a DVD, the prompt says "Open" and won't load the DVD. I was able to rig it to where the DVD would load and eventually play, but this can only be a short term solution.

My question would be to anyone who might know, is it possible to replace that DVD door/lid? If so, where would I get that part and since I'm not handy, who would I go to to repair it?

I have had no issues with the Concertone Unit on my TT and the DVD function is used a lot since I have a child that camps with me. I would hate to think I will need to replace the entire unit just because that lid is broken off. I just purchased my TT in June, so this is a brand new unit in there.

I appreciate any feedback. thanks

Is the unit under warranty? If so they should replace it I would think...if it is like ours with the flip down cover I was told that they are not making it anymore...we just had to have our unit replaced under warranty due to it would not load a cd/dvd, it only spun and our replacement it a different model that loads like a car stereo.
Our old model was zx75 i think.

these units are made in China and i'm sure they don't replace just parts.
you should still be under warranty.
i seem to remember Bob answering a similar question on an older unit and his reply was that the whole unit had to be replaced.

Thanks for the feedback. Not sure it qualifies as a warranty issue since I broke it accidentally it's a shame I may not be able to have just this fixed. To Danieldlading, thanks for the link. When I contacted Concertone Tech they said to try a local electronics shop. But can't be sure they'd be able to fix it either and I would wonder if they work on stuff in a trailer.
