bumb unit - great dealer
Well wouldn't you know it been watching all these threads and not having a problem. Then when my one year warranty was up about a month ago it crapped out and would not play DVD. I had a problem with it before but they fixed it by switching to another video output! Should of caught that one but was told it would be OK. Well I contacted Forest River and got the run around so I e-mailed the dealer I bought the RV from. Happy Trials RV in Lebanon has a great staff and an excellant mechanic. The owners son got on the phone with Forrest River and they made it right at no cost since it had a problem earlier. When you have a dealer like that who gives you great service after the sale and works with you is what makes it worht while. Thanks to the Gals and Guys at Happy trials Rv in Phillipsburg near Lebanon Missouri. John

Well the blue pills dont work so I use the red ones! That's why I like this forumn you can always find a little humor in here somewhere. Anyway it was good to have it taken care of but I am just a little weiry if it lasts a while.
They did not make me turn the other one back in so I might see if someone knows anything about them to check it out or whatever. Still fighting the rans in Missouri and the Casconade almost 20 feet higher!

Glad your dealer got things squared away with FR. It definately is nice to have the service after the sale.
