Bunk House TV Genesis hookup

We cannot figure out how to reach the back of the bunk room Genesis entertainment center. Got a new TV but can't plug it into the center. Help!

Looks like there should be screws on the front panel one in each corner. Picture is really dark.

We tried to remove the side pieces from the Genesis but we were afraid to put too much force into it. I think I'll call the dealer tomorrow. Thanks.
