Burner ignition
Hi
Just bought an '04 28RLK Spinnaker Lite. The ignition twist knob on the range doesn't seem to work. Is this a fixable problem? Also, the blower motor on the furnace is VERY noisy. Any help is greatly appreciated

Did you purge you gas lines? First try lighting with a match to see if it lights then try the igniter. If it is the igniter it's replaceable. Can't say about furnace blower, mine's quite

If you find you have to replace it you my want to opt to replace it with the battery powered push button ignition. This is a popular mod. and you could also consider converting the oven pilot.

When my furnace fan was noisy I took it apart and found the fan was hitting a dirt dauber's nest inside.

sometimes when cleaning the burners people have a tendency to clog up the little holes that run around the burner.... the gas has to get to the spark... if those lil holes are clogged with soapy residue, the gas will not get to the spark. If its not the igniter........
