Cable connection for Rockwood 3006w

Just picked up our new TT, everything except the park cable connection works. Was the only thing that we did not check. Works fine with the HD antennae. Change the input on the TV and nothing...am I missing something stupid? Something I have to change other than the TV input...there are 2 connections on the exterior of the trailer...both connections under one cover on the hookup side.

Check to make sure you have the cable on the right connection outside of the trailer. One is for cable and the other is for sat. Did you change the tv from air to cable? Did you turn off antennae booster?

Ok....neither was marked...I only tried the one on the left...I did switch the input on the TV and turn off the booster..
