I am assuming you did a rescan of the TV using the cable setting (required because your TV uses a different internal tuner for cable called CAMS). During the scan you must select cable instead or "air" or "Antenna".

Can you see all the cable channels snowy?
If so, you may have a bad cable, splitter, or, cable connection in the walls (which is not unheard of).

Thanks, I have come to the conclusion that there is a bad connection somewhere. Two televisions have the same problem.

Thanks for responding.

I'm relatively in the same boat. Connected from the cable campsite into the correct input externally plugged into to satellite output under the TV with the booster of and a cable rescan with no channels to be found

I had the same problem with the cable not working on either TV. After much searching and testing, I found that the problem was with the jack that contains the antenna booster that routes the cable around the trailer. I replaced the jack containing the antenna booster and all is now working as it should.

Well my 1 year warranty ends at the end of the month. I guess I should include it on the list of 5 other issues found and never fixed

The satellite connector is not correct. All you need to do is turn off the booster power and rescan as if you were connected to the roof. The Booster switch also switches between the roof and "cable" automatically.

The SAT connection is "home run" to the exterior SAT input (if your camper has one); otherwise it is not connected at all.

Exterior "CABLE" connected to the Park cable connector; turn off booster (light off); rescan TV.

Do not use the AUX/SAT connection at all.

If condition persists, pull wall plates (inside and out) and tighten connection

Is the feed at the post any good?
Sometimes the park's distribution system fails. I spent most of a summer chasing down cable issues at a park.
