We have 2018 Forester 3011DS
Never have figured out how to get Jenson receiver with TV audio but that's in another thread. The cable input connection outside RV by other connections has never worked. We always have to watch antennae TV. Last weekend we unplugged King Jack line on top of RV and plugged in campground cable line and we got cable TV! Wahoo! This weekend, same campground and spot, we plugged in and nothing. We connected directly to one TV to make sure line worked and it did. So why can't we get cable TV? One thing we had todo this week was disconnect and reconnect house batteries but I don't think that should have affected our ability to watch cable when we unplug from antennae and connect to cable line. So many things don't work right in this RV so wondering if the cable connection box outside was wired wrong, like our refrigerator. Any advice?

I had issues with my tv. Had to slide cable in window to tv to get it to work. Found out at the antenna plate with the button it was wired wrong. Just recently figured out how to get the Jensen ceiling speakers working with the tv. Do a little tracing the wires and check the switch plate to see how it is wired. Also the hdmi cable on the tv could be in the wrong position. Antenna is off for cable but on for over the air, Also set up your tv for air or cable, Do a channel scan and it should work. The manuals suck as they give little info.
