I agree, but since you're not "slow cooking" any longer, the OP might be able to delay cooking until they get to a campground with electric hookups.

This is a sunseeker just fire up the generator and plug crock pot in that way you can also enjoy some microwave popcorn on the road.

This might be going to far off track, but does the pressure cooker get the same results of a crock but quicker? I am reading that right?

You have it exactly right. My wife was peer pressured into buying an Instant Pot brand electric cooker. I wish we had one of these years ago. A good 1/2 or more of our cooking is done in it.

Heck, last night she made single-pot spaghetti in it.
