Cannot adjust refrigerator shelf, 2019 Wildwood 33TS

We are out for our shake down in our new Wildwood 33TS. We have a Everchill refrigerator, and would like to move a shelf to accommodate gallon milk jugs. The way the fridge is installed, it looks to be impossible to adjust the shelf spacing without removing the door from the unit. You would need to be able to open the door further than we can in order to get the proper clearance for the shelf to slide out. Am I missing something? Would this be a warranty issue, or a "suck it up and fix it yourself issue"?

Sounds like a bad design, you are probably right suck it up, you can call your dealer/stealer but I would say it's not a warranty type repair. Some stuff is almost impossible to do without dismantling half the trailer. That is pretty much on all trailers.

Having looked at the etrailer site just now, and seeing the shelves are supported by slots on each side that run front to back almost full length, it appears the door must be opened very wide for the shelves to be removed.

Is there a simple trim piece that can be removed to open the door far enough? Or, a couple of screws to allow the whole refridge to be moved?

Otherwise, put milk in a different container that fits.
Most coincidences appear to be carefully planned.
There is nothing more permanent than a temporary solution.
