can't get signal in bedroom

We have a 2009 cedar creek 34SAT. I cannot get a tv signal in the bedroom. I have turned the switch behind the tv in the living room off, on no change. The input on the outside of the unit has two inputs, one says sat on canle hooked into both still no signal. The bedroom has two connectors mounted to the same plate. I have connected to both in all combinations with outside conections with negative results. The TV in the living room only works when the input outside is on cable. Any suggestions.

So are you trying to use cable or the ant? If cable you need to set tv for cable (No ant boost) or if ant set to ant. If using ant then you need to have the ant boost on. Once selected then you need to run the search channel mod. Later RJD

Cable, works great in living room can't get it to work in bedroom. Have switched tvs and both work in living room only. I'm guessing there is a splitter somewhere, guess I need to start removing access panels and look for it.

I had to change all settings to satellite. Then I got the bedroom to work. Not sure why.

You are probably connected to the Sat connector on outside of coach or they are mislabeled.

Try using a splitter on the outside feed cable to both. That fix my issue.

On my trailer,2013 8315BSS, in the cabinet, under the TV I have a box labeled Bedroom TV. I had to install a splitter off my sat. dish and works fine. The antenna has a built in splitter, but if you are using cable, or sat. you need to use a splitter to get the signal to the bedroom.

Good luck

Run a continuity test from your outside cable input to your bedroom output. No ohms? Your friendly factory assembler could of missed your complete cable connections.

My 2 week old 201SS would not produce a signal either. New TV. The tech (used loosely) connected up the Component Video cables wrong on the jack. They had the all mixed up.
