Should have been prevented with a thorough walk through/PDI, in which everything that was supposed to work was demonstrated that it would work. Stove, oven, water heater, AC, microwave, television, and everything else that moves, wiggles, runs on electric, gas, battery, or any other means. All doors and windows, awnings, faucets, showers, toilets, steps, drawers, cabinet doors, you name it, if it supposed to move, make sure it does. If it has an "on" button, turn it on. If it has an "off" button, turn it off. Seems there are a lot of dealers charging for "prep", and then not doing anything but delivering campers to customers as they arrived from the factory. They aren't always ready to go when the dealer gets them. (part time RV tech)
