I pulled off every panel I could find on the entertainment center around that outlet and can't find it. They must have it hid good. The only splitter I found was in the bunkroom. Theres a two coaxial plug there and a single. The splitter at the two port I believe goes to the outdoor kitchen. I'm still trying to verify that.

My wiring was screwed up also. Ant cable on wrong connector, Sat ant to receiver cable on wrong connection. My Sat ant to receiver cable is black and has to be a separate cable straight from ant to receiver. My Cable input cable is grey, OTA antenna grey, and signal distribution cable is orange to tv's. Also have HDMI cable to Main tv for Sat. receiver output. I also have a completely separate cable (Grey) from garage to all tv's. Each wall plate has 2 outlets. still haven't come upon a really good reason for the extra coax run unless for a second sat receiver with coax output.
