Cocertone radio problems

Just got a camper and it has the concertone rv2000 in it, everthing works except when you push the tuner to get the radio the stand-by light comes on and no sound. You can change the stations but no sound, what is going on? I dont have a owners manual or a remote for it, can anyone help me, does some one have the manual in pdf that they can email to me? THanks

I wish you luck. Not sure about your problem...but I also have Concertone problems. Seems to be 'catchy!'

Not even good for a boat anchor.
