Combination electrical Norcord fridge question

I am assisting my nephew today with getting his camper up and running for the season. We put a new battery in it, and plugged it in to same dedicated 30-amp RV service to which it has been connected for years. The Norcold refrigerator's interior light comes on when you open the door, unless we disconnect the battery, in which case it does not come on. The camper's ceiling lights are working on 12V, but not on AC (when the battery is removed). The Norcold's green light (which is normally on when plugged in to AC and fridge is switched to "Auto") is not lighting, so it appears the fridge is not working. I checked the AC breakers (all appeared OK), but reset them anyway with no change. All 12V fuses appear intact. The outlet into which the fridge is plugged tests 120V fine. What am I missing? I cannot see any sort of reset button on the fridge and my nephew says all this stuff worked fine when he winterized last fall.

Never mind. We think there may be a fuse or breaker associated with the converter which may have blown when we installed the new battery. The converter on the trailer is literally inaccessible without removing a sofa and various framework which boxes the converter in. Therefore, we have a mobile service guy to come out and take it from here. Our alloted time is up for the weekend and our (not always so terrific) work here is done. We did get new tires on it and the running gear all set for the season before we moved on to screwing this up. Live and learn.
