there is a specific Concertone sub-section under the Tech and Repair section, here at FRF.
you need to post the Concertone model or the year and model RV you have.

Hammer? Crowbar? Shotgun? I can think of many many ways to get it out, but.....
Once they start doing that, it is time to replace them, in my opinion. Randy

Ours did that on our first trip out. The dealer couldn't get it out so the Concertone was replaced under warranty. The next one caused electrical problems with the 32" Toshiba. It was replaced under warranty. Since then I turned it on one time just to see if the speakers worked. It can just sit there and fill a hole in the wall as far as I'm concerned.

I would PM Bob Fields, the Concertone Rep. He may have a suggestion for getting it out.

I had a stuck dvd the first time I used mine and was able to remove it with a very small pair of needlenose pliers (could see the edge of the disc). Upon removing I saw I had inserted it upside down and don't know if that was the problem or not as I have not had any problems since...
