Mine worked great... at first. By the 3rd trip, the audio was cutting out. I had to cycle through the TV/DVD/Stereo modes to get the audio to suddenly start working again. Change a channel, audio would drop out again. Keep cycling, and it would come back again. Very frustrating.
I sent an e-mail to RVW. They took a few days to get back, but they did. They immediately sent a replacement after they got my info. When it arrived, I removed the original, put it in their shipping box, and used the supplied RMA decal to return it. I didn't even have to pay shipping. They would have let me take it to a local dealer to swap it out, but I'm an electronics tech, and don't trust others to work on MY stuff!
I put the new one in, and it works fine. Hope it works longer than the last one. Sure were a bunch of wires crammed in the cabinet. Remind me to clean these up some when I get time.
