Concertone 20" LCD TV -- remote starts at 1xx??

Weird thing happened this weekend on my Concertone TV. If I go to enter numbers using the remote it always adds an extra 1 at the beginning. So if I enter 45 it shows 145 and finds nothing. The channel up/down button works fine and I can scan through (aka "flip") channels as normal.

Is there a setting to make the remote not put the "1" at the beginning? If has worked fine the last 7 months til now. (it's a 2009 trailer)

On the remote you will see a button like_ _ / _ i think it a blue button push this button for single digits and for double digits you will see the cursor change i know it goofy but it a concertcrap enough said huh
