Concertone 600 output problem-

We had the dealer hook up the TV to the concertone and now we have great surround sound for the TV. It now runs through input 2. Unfortunately now our input 1 now only has output on one channel. We had the work done a while ago and just now figured it out. Also we're on the road and can't take it back.

Does anyone know how to best take the unit off the wall (I know it's a worms nest behind it)?

And most importantly-does anyone have a schematic of the back of the unit?

My unit has a trim ring around the front face plate.
I can stick a tiny screw driver behind the trim and get a putty
knife or larger screwdriver behind it.
I pry/pull off the trim and that exposes screws all around the edge
of the face plate.

Good luck!

KYDan is right.
Two slots on the face trim at the bottom.
A flat blade screw driver works real well.
Mine had 4 screws holding the unit in place.
An extra set of hands will be helpfull to hold the unit while you chase down the problem.

The first time they (dealer) replaced mine, the 'video out' cord was not connected so I had no video.
I had to take everthing apart at the campsite to find the problem.
It is a rats nest.
