Concertone Assistance

As some of you may know, forum member Bob Fields, is working with Concertone. As part of his job, he'll be reporting customer concerns to the company CEO to help in their Forward Plans.

Mr. Fields will be answering Questions and Concerns you may have with your system.

When posting your questions and concerns, please keep in mind that Forest River Inc. is handling all Concertone issues with their customer. At this time, Forest River Inc. is making the calls, not Concertone.

Note: In all fairness, when posting, please refrain from using derogatory remarks when describing your Concertone system in your post or post title. Also, when posting your questions or comments, please start a new Thread. DO NOT REPLY to this post.
