Unhappy Concertone Monitor No Picture

We had problems with our concertone zx500 so the dealer replaced it with the zx600. The monitor wasn't replaced. The problem we have now is that it's a fluke if we get a picture. If we keep pushing the far right button on the monitor, the Select Up button, it switches between Video and S-Video. When it's on Video the monitor goes into standby mode instead of giving us a picture. (On S-Video we get a floating message "Disconnetor" message, however we don't have S-video connected.) However, sometimes the picture magically appears and I don't know why it happens sometimes and not others. Once we get a picture we can turn the system on and off and continue to get a picture. It's when we disconnect power to our RV that we have a problem once we reconnect. So, very frustrating as we are traveling right now and moving every few days! Any ideas????

Thanks.

Concertone - MGK19?

I will have to check on the monitor. Do I need the MGK19 or if I have MGK19 does it need to be replaced? We now have it working unless the signal is weak. Then we'll hear the voice but will have no picture. We have a Flagstaff 29' travel trailer.

Thanks for your assistance.
