Concertone Out of Warranty

I have a 2008 Sabre 32FBDS that I bought 13 Months ago from Primeaux RV in Carencro La. The Concertone Entertainment System has went out and will not come on the Red light on the Power button is on but that is all it will do. I contacted Primeaux RV and they told me I am on my own with this issue because I am out of Warranty by one month. I have read on ForrestRiverOwners.com Where many other Customers are having Major Problems with Concertone and are not at all satisfied. Is there any way that I can receive some help with this Issue from Palomino? I do not feel that I should have to spend $500 to $800 on this Piece of Faulty Equipment that has known problems and is only 13 Months old. Any Help with this Matter would be Greatly Appreciated.

I don't know if Concertone has a service department or not.
If you call Forest River, they can give you a phone number for
Concertone. Good luck. I am not all that hopeful but it's worth
a try.

Just do a search on this or any other forum on Concertone. If Forest River will not replace the crap which will not last much longer buy any other brand of entertainment unit. It's a crime that they get away with this and it has done more harm on their reputation than anything on the Forest Products. Other than this issue the trailers are good as any if not better.

We bought a brand new 2009 Rockwood and are now on our 8th concertone ZX600, what a crock of crap they gave to all of us who bought TT's with good faith that they would all work especially being brand new. You are going to be sooo disappointed if you continue to try to fix the problems, because you can get another one and some other part of the component will fail completely, and you will be on the same merry go round we have been on, until now they win we give up. I want a recall and I want a refund that even a department store would give when a product they have sold is so full of failures over and over again.

Go to the concertone web site. They have a form to fill out and send for service. One of the questions is is your rv still under warranty.

You all need to file a class action lawsuit against Concertone. I'll bet that will open their eyes!! Randy

not worth the effort. Buy a quality car stereo, install that and go camping.

Did you try and reset the unit by pulling the fuse to make sure the power is off completely?

ForestRiverOwners.com - has anyone else seen this? It does nothing for me when I click on the link...
