Concertone RV2004D

I have had my unit now for about three years and only had minor problems. I just went to use it yesterday and it keeps stating there is NO Disc. I have cleaned the eye and checked for loose wiring, nothing. I contacted Forestriver, they won't help, and I even wrote to Concertone. they stated the unit is outdated and want me to purchase a new one at $ 300.00, giving me credit of $ 200.00 for the one I have now. I am a little afraid to do this regarding the wiring. If I could replace the one I have now with another, I would be happy. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have the same unit and it clicks so bad that you can't even use it, I bought a used Sierra last year and started having problems right from the start. The dealer would send a tech to look at it but the tech says that there is no clicking. We go to use it and it clicks like crazy I don't think they ever look at it when it is turned on. I contacted Concertone and they told me it sounds like the amp is shot but didn't offer to buck up like they seem to be offering to you. Good luck

Buy another brand unit. Concertone should be banished from the face of the earth. I contacted them and said the only way I would even consider purchasing their lastest garbage is with a 5 yr warrantee which they would not agree to. I found an LG home theatre system with AM/FM/ CD/ upverting DVD and amp that works for less than 200$ with sub and 5 speakers to boot. Wired existing surround speakers and sub to unit and it works much better
