Concertone rv2004D - Owners Manual Needed

Does anyone have a manual they can post for a Concertone RV2004D? I have the TV hooked up, don't have a remote to the unit, and can't figure out how to get the TV to run through the unit. I've hooked up the yellow, red and white to the AV1 and AV2 -- but unit doesn't seem to recongnize it when hooked up to satellite. Any help, or a manual would be greatly appreciated. I just ordered a remote for the unit, not sure if that's going to help me out or not?
