Bob, saw your install and that helped me decide to dump the Concertone. I got mine from American Trailer Supply out of Elkhart. I later found one on eBay for less, but I am leery of electronics on eBay....just me. Plus, Bruce is sending a remote control storage pocket that should fill the gap due to the smaller height of the Jensen. Not sure if I will use it or not, but will see how it looks roughed in then decide. I will post pictures when I am finished. Thanks,

Thanks. I was thinking the same thing. No use for the trigger wire, so I would cap it off and tape it. Appreciate the info on the ground. I will connect as you stated and see how things go. I should get the unit on Thursday and have it installed by the weekend. We are heading out for a week on Sunday, so it would be nice to have it in and tested before heading out. Thanks again.

Hope it all works out for ya' !

All,
Got the Jensen last night and installed this afternoon. Wow, what a difference. Install was pretty easy. Sound great. Glad I switched. Thanks for all the information and help.

If you typically run on battery power, you may want to add a switch in series with the ignition wire. Automotive radios will draw a considerable drain on your battery even with the radio switch in the off position (mine was .28 amps, .02 amps with ignition switched off). The direct connect will keep your memory settings.
