Concertone surround 5.1

Just bought a 2006 Forest River Sierra RV & Toy Hauler. It has Concertone system with surround 5.1. No manual. Does anybody know how I can get one? I have emailed Concertone, but no response yet. No phone # listed. Know how to work pretty much, but noticed that the volume seems high even on lowest. Anybody know how to adjust? Otherwise system sounds great. Would love to have a manual on this. Thanks.

Hopefully you have a remote that goes with it b/c I think that's the only way to turn on X-Bass.

I'm confused with the A, A+B, B controls and how it relates to inside, both, outside control knob???

Please let me know where to get manual too. Thanks.

A = inside speaker only
B = outside speaker only
A+B = inside and outside speakers on at the same time

Our first concertone was loud even on volume level 1.
Level 0 was no sound at all so we had little choice.
Either it was loud or off.
We exchanged it 2 times under warranty. You don't have that
option.

As far as a manual--
We're bugging out for 2 weeks. Send me a PM in 2 weeks if you
still need a manual and I'll copy mine and e-mail it to you.
Sorry, don't have time to do that today...... someone else
will probably step up b4 then.
