Concertone Website Updated

Hello All,

Please do me a favor and review the Concertone website. This is the first round of updates managed under my watch and I would appreciate your feedback. I have tried to provide more information and we have launched our Repair/Service Plan program.

We will be launching a MAJOR redesign during the first quarter of next year so your feedback is very important to me for this future release.

Thanks for your time and I appreciate the emails and conversations I have had with some of you individually already.

Best regards,
Bob

I have read several posts on the zx75 issues, because I have had issues with mine not playing the dvd or sd pics. I removed the power from the unit..... and manually moved the led reader all the way to the right, reinstalled everything, and BINGO!!!!!! it all works great!!!
Thanks FRF for the posts!!maybe this will help someone else!

Web Site

Bob it seems like you truly care- Thank You !
When I look at a manufactures web site it is usually to get some support in the form of manuals and documentation. Before I found this post I was on your site to look up some info but could not locate any info. I was looking for some specs on ZX 700 unit. Many sites have that info prior to being able to purchase the unit. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the comments! We continue to work adding information to our site. In fact we actually had a pretty major upload after your comments here that attempt to clarify some points, add content to others and add a number of new pages including the very beginnings of a new FAQ Page.

One of the FAQs was/is - "How can I obtain a manual for my Concertone?"

We will be launching a new look, feel and navigation within 60 days, but we continue to add content as it will be used no matter what the site!

Best regards,

We have continued to make changes to the website and while my hoped for redesign is behind schedule, please continue to checkout the content updates...

Suggestions for FAQs appreciated...

Yippee! I have been wanting a manual for my Concertone for a long time. Just requested mine online. Thanks so much for the hard work on the website and making the manuals available to us. Great service for a unit that is 8 years old. Seems most suppliers just want you to throw out the old and get a new one instead of servicing the needs for the older ones.

Got my manual and discovered that the unit has a remote control. I did not have one and I was expecting that there would not be one available for an 8 yr old unit. Surprise....got one for $24. Ordered a new antenna from Forest River and I will be sitting pretty and listening to some great radio again. I am so glad I found this thread!
