IMHO the "Concertone Crap" postings are a good example of "Pareto's Law, or the 80/20 Rule". In this case, the 20% of Forest River RV owners with defective Concertone units make 100% of the negative comments, while the other 80% who are at least relatively happy, say nothing !! LOL

I am not sure the numbers will actually bear that out, but I agree with your basic principle that a dissatisfied person will tell many, many, many more people about their experience than a satisfied person.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for ZX 600? I have had nothing but issues and I am sure it is a combination of installation and the unit

Bob: Can you get Concertone to send me a diagram or instructions on how to hook up the cables to the outlets on a RV2004D model (in Wildcat). I realize it needs a converter box and I am going to be using satellite receiver. PLEASE someone tell me: What connects to what? I can get only the radio to work through the sound system. I can make the regular connection between satellite receiver and TV and get reception with sound from TV speakers and with multiple white lines across top of TV. I would love to have the DVD part and the TV part to come through the speakers. Thanks
