concertone wont shut off

Upon closing up our trailer for the season, I noticed on more than one occasion that the system wouldnt shut down...I kept hitting the power button,,and it took more than 10 times for it to shut off,,,anyone ever experienced this before,,,? I dont use it for the tv set up anymore, I just use it for stereo and cds, so I would hate to have to change it if there is a fix,,,thanks

Have you replaced the battery in the remote lately? They do go bad after awhile........

I actually had it worse... We would use it to watch a movie (for the surround sound). About half way into watching a movie (or for that matter, after about 30 minutes of the stereo) the unit basically wouldn't respond to any controls - remote or from the face plate. We couldn't even power it down.

So, we would get it all setup, watch a movie, then I'd have to go and pull the fuse from the distribution panel to shut it down!

Got it replaced under warranty...crossing my fingers, but all is good with the latest unit.

I dont use the remote, I am trying to turn if off at the power button, with no success...Being that we dont use the system for anything other than our stereo, figured that I didnt need another remote lying around...This system has been a nightmare from the start,,we never could get the monitor to work correctly, so the dealership replaced it with a regular tv..Which was fine with us, it solved the monitor problem for good,,,
