concertone zx600 dvd issues
Hello I am looking for assistance with a concertone zx600. I tried contacting concertone but they will not reply because they are only answering warranty issues. When I insert the dvd it says it is loading on the tv screen. Eventually it will give me a disc err followed by an sd err. I have tried different dvd's with the same luck. The manual says to change the color setting but it will not allow me to do this. I also do not have a remote so I am using this from the control panel. Anyone have an idea how to fix this? Thanks
