Concertone zx700 died - Replacement ideas$

Our concertone zx700 in our 2012 Rockwood SUL TT died this week. We get no sound out of any speakers and the bright blue screen does not turn on. i can change functions and see it toggles between fm, am dvd, av1, av2 etc but no sound. figured time to replace.

the replacement is the zx800 at $800. is there a cheaper plug and play option that will not require cabinet modifications. If not i will pony up the funds and get the zx800. How hard is the install? how does the unit even come out of the cabinet? tks
