Connecting Genesis 2.0 (concertone ZX85)to Android

Does anyone have GOOD instructions and been successful connecting Geneisi 2.0 (Concertone zx85) wirelessly to their Android phone? I want to be able to play Pandora Radio through my Roo radio. The instructions provided have not helped. Hopefully someone out there has been able to figure this out.
Thanks!

use a 3.5 mm double ended cord through your headphone jack !
simple as that !

only assuming the 2.0 has the headphone jack which I tought it did .

Turbo

I'm trying to use the wireless feature of the unit. It says it has a wireless range of 25ft. The instructions they provide for setting up the wireless connecton to my Android phone are not helpful.

Thanks

It actually connects via Blue Tooth. So your phone must have blue tooth capability. If it does not have that, it will not connect. If it does, then you will connect like you do with any other blue tooth device. Make sure that the blue tooth function is not disabled on your phone. In other words. make sure it is on.

- You must be in the Bluetooth Mode (Short Range Wireless) on the Gt2
- Search for devices on your Android Phone
- Select the Genesis Technologies device once found
- If you are asked for a passcode, enter 0000 (4 zeros)

should be a done deal after that!

I found that keeping Bluetooth turned on in the phone constantly; kills my phone's battery. Remember to turn it off after you are done (for longer battery life) unless you use an earpiece or the feature in your car.

With so many phones running a multitude of applications in addition to Bluetooth and using the phone has many phone owners (like me) keeping their phones plugged in whenever they can.
