Angry Connexx Sound Bar

I have a 2017 Sierra destination trailer. Great unit but have an issue with the radio, aka, Connexx sound bar. I find it very tough to get a clear radio station at our campground. I have tried everything. I spoke to Connexx techs and was told send the unit to them. In meantime they would send me a replacement. Received the replacement and installed it. Was worse than original. So sent the replacement back. I then went after trying to sort out possible issue with trailer ground system. Didn't find any issues here. I was told that FR has its own ground system and radio's, aka, sound bar, ground system was tied electrically into the trailer ground system. That said there is a roof antenna, a King Jack digital HDTV over the air antenna, that I tried rotating in hopes this would affect the radio's reception but to no avail. In meantime I continue to get more static thru the sound bar than you can imagine. I can count on one hand the number of times I was able to get a station with good reception. My previous trailer, Breckensidge, I did not have this problem. Has anyone experienced this issue by chance? I am looking for recommendations on what to do to remedy the situation. It is very disappointing and I am at wits end. Thank you.

Do you have LED lights in your RV? We have had other members with problems of RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) due to certain LED lights that would mess up either the television signal or possible radio signal. If you do have LED lights, try turning them off and see if it makes any change in the problem.

This thread may help explain this scenario, but there are plenty of other threads too.

LED lights causing radio interference

I'm also moving this thread to the electronics subforum in order to get better help.

Radio Interference with my Connexx Sound Bar in 2017 FR Sierra

Thank you for your reply. I have operated the radio during day without any lights on. I would get great reception one time, then later on it was totally static. I failed to mention, the TV sound is perfect thru the sound bar anytime day or night. Thanks again for your reply.
