Recently took delivery of a 2018 Rockwood 8312ss the water level for freshwater grey water and black water shows 0 on the panel. I reset panel and they still shows 0. Am I overlooking something?
Do the tanks have anything in them?
If you're pretty sure that they do, then a trip back to the dealer is warranted. Unless you want to troubleshoot them yourself.

I finally had time today to look at the trailer. I tried resetting the panel, topped off fresh water again and let it run into gray and black tanks. The gray and black finally registered at 1/4 full but the fresh when topped off only registered 1/4 full. After running water for a very short time freshwater shows empty. So it looks like my gauges do work but are not very accurate. My phone still won't pair but my son's I phone will. Does anyone know where the relay panel is that connects to the control panel on an 8312ss
Wondering if the FW tank wiring is mis-wired to the wrong tank contacts.
It sounds as if the sensor wire going to the FW tank top (full) contact should be connected to the lower (1/4 full) contact. Maybe swapping the wires would fix it.
