Hi, Bob Fields. I just today bought a 2009 Cherokee Park Model and can't get the Concertone stereo to power up. Just new to this site and don't know my way around yet. Is there a trouble shooting guide on here, I could use. I have not notified the dealer yet. I pulled the fuse and changed it, did nothing. I will try removing the batteries from the remote tomorrow. Thanks for any help, you can give me. NorminN.B.

The dealer checked it out today, It was a loose wire. It's working good now. Thanks, NorminN.B.

Thanks for the update - I understand these issues can be frustrating!

This is why many have recommending checking all the wiring connections no matter what the issue to ensure you are starting from a point where at least you know the wires are hooked up right.

As a reminder, the wiring diagram in on a label on the back of every unit.

Thanks again for letting us all know that the problem was resolved!

The loose wire was on the back of the stereo. I wasn't there when he fixed it. He was just leaving when I got there. I got him to show me how to pry the bezel off though. Bob, a trouble shooting guide, or tips, would sure come in handy, if there is one, when the warranty is gone.
