Crusader 370BHQ 2nd A/C Not Cooling

We've gone several places since we purchased our unit in July 2015. The problem we're having is the 2nd a/c in the bunkhouse is not cooling properly. We have to leave the door from the living area open and run a fan so cool air will be pulled from the living area. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

What model AC? There are a lot of posts about defective Brisk Air II models. I have a new 365 saqb that doesn't cool.

They are having an issue with the Brick Air II 15k units. There is a service bulletin floating around. Let me see if I can find it. Regardless it is under warranty in your dealer will take care of it. That is assuming that the unit is less than 2 years old. It has affected the Dometic units manufactured between 2013 and 2015

Check your ducts for blockage as well. Mine had tape still covering the vent holes.
