When we bought out TT the dealer said he did not receive one from FR. I told him I come back and complete paperwork when he had it. it magically appeared after 5 minutes. I always list that in my PDI recommendations. Usually they are hard to read and/or missing information. I recreated mine in a spreadsheet format and opened appliances and completed the list on a cold rainy spring day. I keep a copy in the TT and one at home. Comes in handy if you need to ask a question or order a part.

Wow, it still amazes me a bit, how little faith there is. Guilty, until proven innocent. OK, I'll chime in.

Below is our appliance sheet. (And just so you don't think I made that up to brown nose). here is one from 2009 as well.

Our receptionist is tasked with converting the handwritten sheets to a digital sheet and can ask the line person to interpret if need be. This also helps warranty track things down.

I agree that, despite being putting out a pretty good product, Forest River workers can get pretty sloppy with paperwork and leaving foreign debris in hidden passages. And what they call their user's manual looks like something grammar school kids would assemble. The need better quality control of the little things when they build their rigs.

Got one with my Clipper. Sketchy handwriting and one sticker serial number was put on crooked and hid some info on the line below. Figured it all out. Keep one copy at home, one in camper. Forest River booklet says to ask your dealer for a copy of a Forest River delivery checklist or something like that. Dealer looked at me like I was imagining things. I let it go as my dealer is really good. Have had a couple of problems (including a replacement stove and soon to be microwave) that the dealer has handled with no questions/issues.

Typed?? Can we get a typed one for our unit? Can others too by calling?

Here's what ours looks like -only partially legible.
