I can tell you they don't fill them out because all our cards were still in the instruction packets. I believe in registering to get important notifications. I only give name and address, and they can mail me whatever they want.

Equipment list
X2 on the list.
These are the same reference pages I got with my Aviator. Everything right down to the serial number and model #.
If you ever have a warranty problem, just make a copy of your list and mail it to the manufacturer. They can figure it out!
Our receptionist is tasked with converting the handwritten sheets to a digital sheet and can ask the line person to interpret if need be. This also helps warranty track things down.[/QUOTE]

I guess I should consider myself lucky. I got most of my model #'s, serial #'s, & date of purchase in the manuals. The ones I didn't get I found them on the item, then downloaded the PDF manual. The only one I am still having a problem finding is the furnace. I have a Wildcat 5th wheel, Puss. Then furnace is a Suburban SF 30F & it opens from inside the RV. I believe I have to remove the grate & cover off the furnace to get the #'s, not sure when I am going to tackle this? Happy camping.

I just picked up my new one yesterday. Mine's handwritten but MUCH neater than yours.

have to agree with MNTraveler. We received a sheet similar to his. Not sure how much help it would be - handwritten and virtually undecipherable. It looks like it was filled in by a 3 year old. guess I need to make my own list one of these days. Cincia

I honestly think you're about it any longer. Even Josh isn't very visibly active as far as I'm aware.
I don't think any other brand has a rep that visibly participates.

I think some reps lurk, but do not post, for fear of the feedback. I have tried to monitor other forums, but I don't think they are laid out as nice. Nor are they brand specific like this. I was on the Good Sam site and it just lumps them into ALL Class C's and I rather not get pulled into conversations that include competitive product, even when I may know the answer.
