Defrosting my refrigerator and freezer

Can anyone help me with ideas on why I can't get certain things to freeze completely. Not that I need it, but we cannot get ice cream to stay frozen. Meat and ice packs freeze fine. Is there some way to defrost and possibly this could fix the problem? Also in my fruit and vegetable drawers in bottom of refrigerator sometimes have water in them and I have to pour it out. Any suggestions will help. I always use you tube for how to do certain things but haven't had much luck.

What brand of frig?? Have you adjusted the temp sensor??

We haven't adjusted any settings, temperature is at number 4 setting

Try bumping the setting to #5 and see if that helps.

I got the same issue with my Dometic...it worked fine after adjusting the setting.
