DM2652BLX Over heating??

This refrigerator is on a 2015 PUMA 32DBKS.Freezer is working, fridge is not. Thermister is good. This is on a slide and have an external fan below the rear coils of the refrigerator. Those coils (tubing) are just warm to the touch. The tubing behind the freezer is too hot to touch. I have both vent covers off for better air circulation, but this has not cooled the upper tubing behind the freezer. Is it normal for the tubing up behind the freezer to but hot enough to burn your finger?Click image for larger version
