Dometic 2652 Refrigerator Not Working

We are currently on the road with the camper and will be for the next 3 weeks as we make our way to Canada on a ski trip. The fridge has been working fine on 120V and propane but recently it has stopped working all together.

When the fridge is turned on I can hear a click at the control board located on the outside of the camper behind the louvered plastic panel. But after that nothing happens. The "check" light is not illuminated on the panel above the fridge on the inside of the camper. I'm not getting any propane to the burner and the igniter does not try to light when I switch it over to gas.

Both of the fuses that are located on the control board are good and the breaker at the WFCO inside the camper has been reset. The light inside the fridge is also working.

Any ideas on where I should look next?

I'm assuming it doesn't work on either propane or 120v?

Correct, the fridge is not working on propane or 120V.

Seems like the problem has been fixed. I was researching about a reset button and came across a button on the thermofuse. I took off one of the red wires to check it and the button had not popped out indicating it was fine. But when I went to put the red wire back on, the control board clicked. I probably had the wire off for 30 seconds. After putting it back on and the control board clicking it is now working. Not sure if that reset something by taking the wire off but it seems to have fixed it for now.
